New Build

Project Description

This bespoke home on Oakleigh Park South was designed for modern family life, built from the ground up with quality, comfort, and everyday elegance in mind. Replacing an outdated property on a generous plot, the project was an opportunity to create something timeless — a home that blends classic proportions with clean, contemporary finishes.

The brief was simple: design a home that feels impressive from the outside and effortless to live in from the inside. We delivered just that — with a grand central entrance, symmetrical façade, and understated exterior tones that feel right at home on this quiet North London street. Inside, the open-plan kitchen and entertaining spaces flow naturally to the garden, while upstairs, every room is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged.

Every detail, from the rendered finish to the carefully framed windows and recessed lighting, was chosen to feel considered and lasting. The result is a house that looks beautiful, works perfectly, and stands the test of time — designed for real life, not just the brochure.

If you’re thinking of starting from scratch, this is proof that a new build can feel both distinctive and familiar — and with the right team, entirely stress-free.

Case Study

Delivering a full-scale new build on one of North London’s most prestigious roads came with a clear responsibility: not just to design a beautiful home, but to navigate the full architectural process with precision.

From day one, this was a highly collaborative project. We worked closely with the client to shape their brief — translating aspirational ideas into a refined layout that balanced formality with flexibility. Early feasibility studies and contextual analysis helped ensure the scale and proportions were both striking and sensitive to the character of Oakleigh Park South.

With planning secured, the technical stage became the heart of the process. We coordinated with structural consultants and contractors to ensure that the design intent was protected as it transitioned into construction. Particular attention was given to material junctions, the depth of window reveals, and external detailing — all of which had to deliver both longevity and clarity of form.

Internally, the detailing was just as critical. Ceiling heights, floor transitions, lighting positions, and wall build-ups were all carefully mapped to maintain visual continuity and clean geometry throughout. As a result, the completed home doesn’t just look well designed — it feels considered in every moment of movement through it.

This project demonstrates how strong design principles, when supported by careful execution and technical coordination, can produce a home that feels truly resolved. More than just a new build, it’s a long-term residence that sets a quiet standard on one of London’s most established residential streets.
