This project began as a typical detached home with plenty of potential—but not enough usable space. The homeowners wanted to extend their lifestyle without leaving the place they loved. The brief was simple but ambitious: create a home that supported their growing needs, modernised their layout, and introduced a fresh sense of comfort and connection.
We delivered a full transformation by designing front and rear single-storey extensions, a new loft conversion, and reworking the internal spaces throughout the house. The result is a stunning, light-filled family home that opens out to the garden with elegant glazing, spacious open-plan interiors, and functional zones tailored to how the family lives day-to-day.
From the eye-catching kitchen with its luxe island and sleek finishes, to the custom living room layout and top-floor bedrooms—every part of this house now feels designed with purpose.
