Project Description
This project on Christchurch Avenue was centred around one clear goal: transform a standard family home into a strong, long-term rental asset — without unnecessary overspend.
The approved works included a single storey front extension incorporating a porch, a single and two storey side extension, and a single storey rear extension with a new patio area. Together, these additions allowed us to significantly improve the layout and increase the property’s overall accommodation.
The two storey side extension provided valuable additional space upstairs, while the rear extension created a more practical and appealing ground floor arrangement suited to modern tenants. The new porch enhances the entrance and gives the property a more complete, well-considered frontage.
Internally, the house was fully refurbished to a clean, contemporary standard. Durable finishes, neutral tones and efficient layouts were chosen to ensure longevity, easy maintenance and broad tenant appeal. The result is a modernised home that feels fresh, functional and ready to perform well in the rental market.
