Project Description
The existing property is located in Stanmore, Harrow and is a semi-detached single family dwelling. The property is a 1940’s Laing Build featuring 3 bedrooms. The dwelling had been extension at the rear at single storey level with a depth of 2.5m. The property was recently purchased by our client and was in a state of disrepair. Whilst refurbishing the entire property the client wanted to maximise the size and internal spaces of the property.
